By making a reservation at Casa Pilón, guests acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Payment
- Full payment or the required deposit (depending on the selected rate) is required to confirm any reservation.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date for the applicable refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Minimum Stay
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all reservations.
Guest Policy
- Guests must be 35 years of age or older.
- Children under 10 years of age are not permitted.
Property Use
- The Villa and the Casa are intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
- Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Additional Services
- Housekeeping and laundry services are available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
- Up to 8 bicycles are available for rent at USD $8 per bicycle, per day, with a refundable security deposit of USD $500.
- Beach chairs are available upon request, subject to availability.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property, furnishings, and amenities during their stay. Casa Pilón reserves the right to charge for any loss or damage caused by guests.
Changes to These Terms
Casa Pilón reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
